Depends who you ask. Most will probably say it's still to expensive till it's less than $3k. I'd say it's a good deal for sure. Back when I bough mine for my FRS, I got it off of FT86SpeedFactory with one of their 5% discount coupons and saved a couple hundred dollars. But this is better. Then again, the price on the kit did go up since it includes the Stage 1.0 (thermostat, tune, and air filter).

Mines being going fine Matt. Runs like a dream and torque for days. Sorry i haven't had time to get any logs off to you.
I will be making the switch to a flex tune in the next week or so. Just waiting on some injectors to arrive. I am keen to see how the kit performs with this pulley and E85.

I don’t post much in here, though I have been a member for quit sometime. I Tried ordering the smaller pulley for the cosworth SC through PartBox but it appears that they won’t send it to the USA. Does anyone know where else I can purchase this smaller pulley or a group buy etc... ?? I would like to purchase one. Thanks

Fensport offers one and I've bought things from them before with no problems

Thanks. I will give that site a try. I don’t know if PartBox just didn’t want to deal with international shipping or cosworth is restraining them from selling cosworth parts overseas.. hmmm 🤔. Hopefully this site won’t say the same thing... I will be bummed out...

There shouldn't be any reason. Someone in my local 86 group got the smaller pulley recently.

USA parts sales are meant to go through Rally sport direct
so Co-ord just don't want to tread on any toes

I just fitted the stage 2 kit yesterday. The car feels really fast now, although I could not drive it hard, due to snow and wet road.
Amazing support from Cosworth. I sent a mail to Matt, and got the calibration file an hour later.

Looks like we can add my headers to the list of failures by Nameless. Initial idle logs of my flex tune showed there was a possible problem with an air leak and after checking intake and manifold gaskets we discovered cracks in the headers near the O2 sensors around the brace. Will be swapping out the whole exhaust i think for something a bit quieter .

That's sad to hear. I recently got a hold of some Cosworth by Nameless headers so I'm gonna be curious if I'm a victim.

What exhaust are you going to switch to?

I contemplated the ACE headers but have opted to go local and am going to go with SME (Sydney Motorsport Engineering) Headers/overpipe/catted front pipe combo into my STi catback.
With the switch to E85 and a speed density tune plus the smaller pulley i hopefully wont be sacrificing much top end power but will be back under the decibel limits at some of the tracks around my area haha.

Sorry the late reply. I installed the pulley after making a shifter repair, only to discover my clutch is slipping. Wasn't able to apply much power.
