The car was well taken care of. Theres only some minor scuffs on the door trim piece. Seems like your feet hit it evertime you get out of the car. I'm 5'7 and have a hard time getting out that bitch lol. Also he did some clear vinyl bra type protection on the front. Just got done washing and waxing her.
Got to actually spend some time driving it today too. I was enjoying every minute of it lol. I hadhaving trouble getting a smooth shift to 2nd gear. Kept getting almost like a small grind. Still not used to the gear box I guess, the GTI shifting is much smoother. Doesnt have that torque in 1st and 2nd like the GTI has either but was I'm in there i can feel the small power. Feels good. Last night when we brought it home I raced my friend driving the GTI on the highway and I stayed with him the whole way. We did a few runs. I was shocked by the outcomes lol. There was one race I was pullin on him too. Even got the cool BRZ car cover. Last edited by nickdd6237; 12-15-2017 at 10:19 PM. |

I did but it would turn off after a couple of minutes. Whats the difference between traction control and sport mode?

Even when turning it off, it's not completely off unless you do the pedal dance (don't recommend you do this until you feel more comfortable with rear-wheel drive). Pretty sure sport mode backs off the TC a bit but less than the traction control button.
Also, regarding the tires, be careful in the wet. I've had the stock tires spin a little bit a couple of times during turns in heavy rain, driving at reasonable speeds. Sent from my SM-G930T using Tapatalk |

Get the car up to operating temp and then turn it off. Then turn it back on and do these steps within 30secs: 1. Pull e-brake 3 times and hold on 3rd pull 2. Press brake pedal 3 times and hold on 3rd pull 3. Pull e-brake 3 times and hold on 3rd pull 4. Press brake pedal 2 times You should see the lights on the dash turn on if done correctly. |
