This is in Milipitas? Wow! These people just don't have regards to other people's property. Hopefully insurance can cover and get your car back how it was before. The culprit should be punished or let karma take care of that person.

Got caught in a huge hail storm 2 years ago... they fixed all the panels (sucked out the dents etc)... except the hood. They just took that off and replaced it without question.

And this didn't happen in Milpitas, I was San Fransisco, at the time, and when I spoke to the security guards they told me it was a common thing for teenagers to do.

I've had a successful PDR shop pull a dent from vandalism, on one of the hood creases. It came out perfectly. I think if really comes down to the skill of the PDR specialist.

As for OP's case, too big a dent to fix.

They are only there to protect the property not your car. Ever read the fine print on the parking garages? Besides they don't get paid enough to give a dam.
