Few quick questions:

- Are aesthetic front lips permitted (STi lip)?
- Are aftermarket shifter springs, shifter carrier bushings, and rear shifter bushings legal?
- Is it ok to daily with -3 or more camber if it's a short commute, like 15 miles each way? Don't want to wear out the daily wheels (stock wheels with 225 all-seasons).

Thanks!

Looks pretty good, not bad for 18lbs.

I have two sets, both purchased through Discount Tire. They also usually incentivize putting stuff on an account with an extra $100 back for wheels and $100 back for tires.

Yes to OEM STi lip.

The Whiteline shift bushing is a common legal upgrade. Haven't heard of the others.

DD is fine w/ that camber. Tires won't wear as well as with a street alignment, of course. Never been a big deal for me.

Are you refering to the Whiteline positive shift bushing that inserts into the transmission bushing? I was talking about the rear shifter bushings and stuff for the actual shifter.

I believe any bushing can be swapped as long as it maintains original geometry and has no more metal content than stock. I think the springs are legal since the shifter itself is open and they simply replace stock.

As noted, the STI lip is legal... On a BRZ. It still has to have been a factory option.

I'd guess at 30mi/day you'll age the tires out before they wear too far. I haven't run all season tires in years since they're useless, but haven't been disappointed in the wear on summers or snow tires on my bold car... I don't drive most days now so no direct comparison. Still road trip at -3.3 and don't observe any obvious issues.

Awesome, thanks. Yeah, as long as I have good toe settings I too don't forsee the camber being an issue.

Last legality question... Brake master cylinder brace?

Bringing this over where it belongs.

Where are toe arms allowed? I'd so like to not mess with the eccentrics... I only see an allowance for upper or lower arms, nothing anywhere about the toe tie rods. Not specifically allowed = not legal... I really hope I'm just blind, but I reread the rules and find nothing. Or are you saying that you can run stock everything and aftermarket toe arm? Not sure I can go without the LCA.

Toe arms are not legal, and open to a wonderful justified protest

That's what I understand to be the case also. Disappointing, I have plenty of range and only want an easier time doing my alignment... But I understand the rule and will deal with it.

Because toe arms change the bushing to a spherical, which is not allowed per ST rules saying you can not change the style of bushing
