2016 Brz daytime running lights - condensation / moisture
Hey everyone
Just recently bought a 2016 Brz and since the first rain (2 months ago) there has been moisture in my running lights... Ive contacted my dealer and they say its normal and if I wanted they could drill holes in the back to let them drain...... really???? Anyways has anyone else gotten this issue? found a fix? found good aftermarket repacements? Any input would be appreciated |

Use a heat gun to heat up the adhesive and remove the lense. Use new silicone glue to reseal.

zzzz I decided to take a look into the issue a bit further, turns out the special people of subaru decided to just have a wire go through a rubber boot, its literally open at the back, enough for it to condensate but not enough for it to dry.... that explains why they said its normal, because they literally cant fix it. nice. |

Gotcha gotcha. It's pretty dry here in my region of Texas, so that may be why mine are dry at the moment. Though, in February and March I had condensation just about every other day in the morning. It would be dried out by the evening, though. I hope you find a fix man. Good luck!
