Google is your friend, yes nut is easily accessible with wheel removed, retorquing may not solve it, but a new nut may help as the material is pretty soft and easily deformed.
You'll need a 32mm socket and a beefy breaker bar. http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showthread.php?p=1194267 |

I get this same noise driver side rear only when I go up and down my driveway (requires going at an angle too as my car is lowered, maybe 1.5-1.8"?). I can't reproduce it all the time, it happens randomly and I always try to listen for it when I go up and down the driveway. During straight leveled driving I can't hear it at all.
If I had the same issue as mentioned in this thread, would it be something that can be reproduced easily and on leveled surfaces? |

Here's my update on this. I originally took it to the dealer and they wouldn't touch my car as it had mods. I took it to a few more dealers and same thing. I replaced the axle nut myself and the click went away for a day. Later I read somewhere someone greasing all the internals of the ebrake assembly so I tried that, which lasted maybe about a year or so. The click came back last year so I tried lubing the ebrake up again but this time it didn't help. I'm stuck with the constant clicking noise when the wheel gains or looses torque in that area. It's pretty annoying. I try to drown it out with supercharger whine, music, and exhaust noise.
