@CSG Mike, since I am to planning to upgrade to a FLEX A suspension, do you reccomend also upgrading the rear sway bar to a stiffer one? If so, how thick?
thank you

With all this suspension talk ... I purchased a set of STI pinks for my '17 with Sachs dampers (PP) and I'm quite curious what the feel will be when pairing those together. I am planning the install in the next couple of weeks.
I'm thinking of also going with the STI Lateral Link assembly and STI Trailing Link set. I think the suspension is fantastic and I don't want to risk messing any balance up so I'm sticking to the STI parts

I'd be interesting to see how you like those.... I really like the ride my car has now with the Sachs dampers but I would like the option to go a touch lower...

Should be fine, It's listed on japanese sti site as compatible to Grade GT (Sachs come standard on this grade in japan), so it's good. https://www.sti.jp/parts/subarubrz_z.../ST20330AS000/ E 2016年07月~ RA Racing(RWD/6MT) - R Customize Package(RWD/6MT) ○ R(RWD/6MT) ○ R(RWD/6AT) ○ S(RWD/6MT) ○ S(RWD/6AT) ○ GT(RWD/6MT) ○ GT Yellow E(RWD/6MT) ○ GT(RWD/6AT) ○ GT Yellow E(RWD/6AT) ○ |

Isn't it a industry standard, that car HID or LED lights, cannot go greater then 1200 lumens ? I heard this number some months back, I'm not so sure how accurate it is, or if there really is a cap on max lumens a OE car can produce.

I don't care too much for lights on a bicycle because in the winter it gets kind of cold here and we are usually under the cover, of many variables.
I don't know if it is just me but being in front of the new Lexus SUV's is literally blinding at night when in a FR-S or 86. I asked the driver of the luxury vehicle and old man said it wasn't on high beam. |
