Hand wash the car. Then use some spay detailer and microfiber cloth to see if you get some of scratch off. If there is still some left use detailer and clay bar the scratched area. Work in circles like waxing with the clay and use the detailer to lubercate the surface. This will get almost everything out. If not you can use a light compound to get the rest out. Polish and the wax the car.
