You can sell it on Ebay as is and then use the extra funds towards a JDL kit(;

Yup sell it. These are not the boost/tuning chances you want to take.

You would need a proper tuning system such as,

http://www.moto-east.com/store/subar...86-tuning.html

Other than that it looks like you'll just need new gaskets then you'll be good to go. making the car run low boost is always an option to increase longevity.

Speed By Design has a sale on their 400/500 kits until the 5th I believe. I have had one for 2 years and its been very solid w/ OFT. Facebook group has 3000+ members and tons of help if you run into issues. You can join the group just to look through peoples builds to see if you like it. Figured I'd mention. Good luck with your search!

To me, that kit looks like the ticket to hell. I would just dump it to garbage before destroying a perfectly fine car.

Are you really going to install that contraption to someone's car just to be able sell a tune? That was low!

Looks equal quality to the CX racing kits that we see and tune all the time, People want to spend as little money as possible. At the end of the day the tune and fail-safes is what will keep the car safe. Whats really low is offering worthless/pointless opinions.

If you'd rather the person that will eventually run this kit to run a uni chip, over-boost and blow up that's fine, doesn't make much sense to me. As I said people will always run this stuff whether it be a old civic or a new frs.

In my opinion proper tuning and a legitimate setup is needed to keep your motor healthy. It doesn't matter if you have a high end FI setup if your DI to spark is less than 2 ms and you are running stupid lean. But at the same time, a shit kit is going to give you issues also (boost leaks, bad MAF readings etc.). That's not to say that this setup is a piece of shit, but where there is smoke there is fire...and I've never heard good things about 'GodSpeed' only seen their name pop up on EBay.

This is where you're running into problems, we all know it's trash, even OP, hence the post and responses. She should sell it and use the profits to buy something decidedly less trash. How is the solution in any way related to you selling her a tuning product?
