Timing is perfect for me. I will be ordering a CWP. For me, I'm happy with the changes and don't need extra power.

They already announced the 860. You can buy one today if you want. Don't expect another one soon.

We have said several thousand times why there will never be a higher HP version released. People just don't want to hear it.

No Canadian press release - it was always unlikely we'd get the tS given we weren't deemed worthy of the PP. Maybe we'll see the PP for 2018?

Like what they've done with the WRX. However, I doubt it will be justified by the price. What a waste of time on the BRZ...

I do a lot of freeway driving, very often the brz and its 150 ft lbs does not have enough acceleration to get out of it's own way. Being in our sti our ob xt is much safer in this aspect.

To me this is a serious problem because the car is hard for picks ips and suvs to see. It's dangerous with such little power for me.

Subaru goes for hype because they have no tools to increase brz sales. Rip brz.

The new golf r while more expensive is so much more car. There is a reason websites like nasioc, iclub and iwsti have so many fewer users these days and also why the people who owned 6-8 subarus are no longer buying them.

These lack of development is literally the same tactics used by ford and gm during late 70's to early 90's. They maybe cheap but subaru is sacrificng the principles that built them. Sad.

Sti has had the same block for it's 14th year in a row and it may squeeze 10hp. I'd be embarassed to even mention this.

Brz has no updates besides the faulty shocks they have used.

Outback still has no turbo model.

Subaru paints are ugly awful and boring for the 9th? Year in a row.

I can say I have seen this brand run its course when it comes to performance.

Honestly I want a better car anyways. Current car is to me at an unacceptable quality level for having only 22k on it. To me it feels like longevity has been abandoned by subaru.

Now people just spew stupidity about mpg instead
Of caring if their engine can make 120k.

This is the begining of the end

There is this thing called a "shift lever" down on your right side. If used properly you should never have any issue with acceleration even on the freeway.

This is pretty much exactly what I was expecting. I actually think the Japan-spec tS is a really cool special edition that adds some solid track-oriented handling/chassis upgrades that compliment the character and purpose of the car. I just hope it's not a watered down version of the Japanese tS, although I expect we'll find that's the case once full specs are released.

limited to 500. Should be a challenge, but I'm gonna do my best to get one without some silly markup.

It looks that it is not watered down, but let's wait for the details and the full specs.
