You had the ability to cook it.

The could have at least gave you cooked, uncooked rice instead of raw, uncooked rice.

Hey, it was Ranger training ....... a real Ranger eats snakes raw ..... huraaaaaa!

Well, back in our cage, when they gave us the rice, they gave us a pot and some more water and we had an open fire.

Killing and skinning the rabbits wasn't a big deal, just chop them on the back of the neck (they die) and start skinning from the rear feet, holding them upside down, by just pulling the skin off.

We lost a few of the city slickers there ...... but, that was more for the rest of us.........

Meh, I skinned my first rabbit at 4 years old and eating the raw snake wouldn't bother me but damnit you had a fire that burnet up your socks so you could have cooked the bloody thing.

On a related note the pressure washer works great!
Getting those blood stains out with ease, right?

I found some of these this morning and was wondering how long it would take before I got a chance to use one...turns out it wasn't long!

Eating raw snake is like eating sushi ...... eating half cooked snake is like eating half cooked chicken.

Now, I gotta go put the other bicycle together ....... (with help from my 11 month old granddaughter ...... no doubt).

Oh, I'm a bit dense today ..... more so than most days......

Chop as in martial arts chop.......

Hell, if we would have had a knife ....... we wouldn't have been in their cages long.

After all ...... we were trained killers (in the making).....

hahahahah

Everyone is getting laid off in the Seattle office in 30 days to cut costs at work and relocating to the east cost.

First IT job. Guess I now have my own "back in my day" story to tell.

(I work in managed services where companies outsource their IT to us, never expected to experience the same outsourcing).
