this can go either way

i was not expecting germany to fall so quickly, Italy has a lot of steam behind them

but at this point id say it's 50/50

whichever side has more cheering fans i guess..

i know that regardless of who wins there will be a few flipped cars in my city.

Gonna be a great game on Sunday. I'm pulling for the Azzuri, but I'm hoping for a great match either way.

I think Italy have the ability to upset. However, it will be a good match.

I was wrong...again. Italia didn't show up and Spain wins another major tournament. Well deserved. Will see if they can win WC '14 in Brazil.

Beginning Italy was really aggressive, so I was expect pretty close game... but man, Italy ran out of gas too quick

Yeah, they were but Spain played their best in the tournament even faster and early the game. Once they scored early, I thought it was trouble for Italy. Second goal, it was all over in my eyes.

3rd goal finished them. Literally after a 3rd goal, Italy gave up & didn't give a shit bout it...

I thought Italy played lack luster offense. They didn't take car of containing the small ball movement and not being on the same page on defense. With 2 goals beiing scored in the first half, I could still see Italy try to tie it up. But I didn't see any real adjustments on offense. They could barely have gotten a good close look on taking a shot. So after the 3rd goal I just walked away from watching the rest.
As for Spain, they really came in with quick side tactics and waited patiently for open holes in the defense. They ultimately out played Italy who were probably over confident from winning their previous game. Cause I saw a lot dumb mistakes on the field, that if I was playing I would have been taken out. I wish that this game could have been better.

So yeah, Spain deserved the win and I'd agree that this is probably the best International team we will witness as they have captured 3 big name titles.

... waits for World Cup now.

But at that point it was already 10 vs. 11, three goal deficit, and maybe 20 mins left. I'm not sure anyone could come back against those odds.

I don't care if Italy was loosing by 1 or 100, it's a finals, they should of played hard til whistles.

I'm not a fan of a game that a team just gives up the game. Maybe that's one of the reason, I rarely watch pro sport games.

Just sayin', losing Motta to injury killed their chances altogether. Balotelli played to the final whistle, though, and so did Pirlo.
