Nice. Seems like you found a nice and unique exhaust combination that works for you. It's hard to tame that catless UEL sound.

maybe it didn't turn up in the audio that well, but you definitely still hear it inside the car LOL.

Just heard one of the loudest cars I think I've ever heard drive past in front of my place.

I heard it coming from well over a block away and it sounded like a high revving race car. When it passed by my window, it hit the gas suddenly and the turbo spooled up and the BOV sounded multiple times as he bounced it off the rev limiter! Just absolutely ridiculously loud.

It was a modded black GT-R with a huge racing wing!

Looked like this:

I had my first car shipped to me from a dealership in Colorado.
They were great, this I believe is the company the dealership used.

Never done this myself before but I've heard there's some kind of company that you can pay to go check out a car you're interested in but not close enough to see for yourself. Then they give you some kind of report on all kinds of things about it. Might be worth looking into.

I also bought my car from Colorado but drove it home myself. I can tell you that registering the car is a bit more of a hassle. I had to visit the DMV 3 times. I also had to smog the car, even though it was brand new because California. 🙄

I would set up a prepurchase inspection before you commit to buying a used car. Hire someone to inspect the car for you and take it for a test drive before putting money down.

I see. I did search some example of pre-purchase used vehicle inspection service like AAMCO. Thank you for that note. Will put that in my to-do list.

Not surprise at all with DMV California.

I'm still super sad I crashed my old FR-S but at least without a car of my own to auto-X I have driven some really cool cars this reason! And new the new BRZ is over 10K miles already but still stock. How long do you guys think I can keep it stock? I'm shooting for January to start putting parts on it. lol

Check it out I have my own autoX gif now!
