That's strange, I'm sure I read it in the manual or something. Maybe it's only when you press the brake really hard, like in an emergency situation. Anyway I'm kinda glad, less nannies make me happy

If the accelerator and brake pedals are depressed at the same time, driving torque may be restrained. This is not a malfunction. Of course they could be stating the obvious (when pressing the brake the car will accelerate less...DUH!! ). But some people, me included, deduced that meant that engine torque is reduced. Of course the test that Justin did, and also mine, suggest there is no override.
