New noise after tire alignment

Had alignment done yesterday and now it's making a rubbing sound. The sound is evident driving slowly and turning the wheel even a little but it is louder when fully turned to lock.
This can't be a CV axle could it? It does it turning both ways. What could they have possibly done to make it do this doing an alignment?
The sound starts in at 4 seconds in, happens with each full rotation of the tires.
video:

Edit: Fixed it. I couldn't sit here and stew on it all night til tomorrow having them look it over to see what they did wrong.
So they had the rears on at least 89 ft lbs or better since they didn't move with a torque wrench. That leads me to believe they didn't even touch the rears in the first place for the alignment
since I always use a torque wrench and tighten to 89. The front right was probably 30-40 ft lb tops. The front left was 4 nuts a bit over hand tightened on and I could remove one with no wrench.
So yeah, they could have killed me or made me kill somebody. Does this warrant them to throw it back up on the alignment rack and check it over again since I rode around a good 10 miles like that?

Maybe couldn't hurt just to double check if that could throw off the numbers.

Why would they have to touch the rear wheels for an alignment? Everything is accessible without removing the tires.

I'd suspect the front tires won't change the alignment numbers by anything significant, if they'll throw it on the rack for free as an apology sure, but certainly don't pay them to do it.

You don't normally touch the wheel nuts when doing an alignment.

It makes getting at the front camber bolts a lot easier though, depending on what's in the OP's car it could make sense. Especially if they're following factory instructions for adjusting camber.

Yeah, they probably didn't touch the rear. The day before they installed the new tires. When I got home I tightened everything to 89 ftlbs. Then the next day when they did the alignment is when the loosened them again...and didn't tighten them back.
2nd time this happened with them. I don't know if I even want to tell them since then I'll be the "complainer customer". The day before after the tire went on, I also checked the pressure and one tire was filled to 52 psi and the rest 40.

Good point. The front wheels would then have to be reinstalled and would not need to be fully torqued just to check the settings. Somebody forgot to tighten?

Tell them but just do it in a polite and respectful manner. If they have a tech that is forgetting to torque or even tighten lug nuts they need to know about it. Doesn't make you a complainer really.
