Yikes. You're gonna need more power to make up for the added weight and grip from those puppies!

Because these wheels already exist. We don't have them in 18" yet, and when we do they'll be 18x9.5", which is probably going to be too wide.

Are you guys developing springs for the BRZ? I work maybe 10 minutes away from the shop and will have to bring my new BRZ by some day. Haven't been out there for awhile.

Nice, I've been curious about 9" wide rims. How is the inside fitment relative to the strut up front, how much clearance with that +42 offset?

The wheel edge isn't that close, but the 255-width tire is very close to the spring.

Not everyone, or maybe its just not me, but that eliminates "everyone".

Lowering the car will completely screw up the symmetry of the wheel gap around the tire and immediately make me dislike it. I would put bigger wheels/tires on it to eliminate the gap rather than lowering it if it bothered me.

I realize I'm in a very small minority on this but when you lower the car just to get rid of the gap at the top (which is pretty much all lowering does for gap), you only accomplish making it look less refined overall.

Be that as it may...we lowered it, using our own springs. I think it looks pretty good.
