Dropped another 1.8 ounces with the Kartboy battery hold down!

(We'll deal with the 29-pound battery some other time...)

Thanks for posting the rim size, offset and tire size. Sucks I really wanted to run 245-265s on some 17x9s without having to roll or modify the fenders...well without fender flares or throwing debris on the car.

What do those wheels weigh, what colours do they come in, do you have 18s planned and, oh yeah, how much?

Edit - never mind, just found the info on your site.

17.8 lbs - very impressive for a 17x9!

We do, actually, but they'll be 18x9.5, so I'm not sure they're going to fit the FR-S/BRZ.

Can't help wondering what your driving impressions are of the car with this wheel & tire setup. Too much grip with a sharp edge at the limit or still playful?

I ask because I'm loving 'em.

It feels the same to me, but I confess I didn't do a whole lot of hooning around with the car before I swapped. (I haven't done a whole lot since, either.) I'm only at about 400 miles on the clock, so I haven't revved it out, either.

I thought it would suddenly feel all heavy and sticky, but it still feels light and nimble.
