My brother in law drives the trucks that deliver the Hellcats to the dealers. He says they are a total bitch to get on and off the trucks due to the power. Can't wait for his thoughts on loading a Demon.

I hear one of the mods vs the hellcat is a higher stall torque converter.

So i'm sure he'll hate them more.

I can't even imagine trying to get one of those things placed in the exact spot it must be on a trailer. They literally work in inches.

lol..there is no such thing as freedom in our society, otherwise we wouldn't need to have laws, cops, prisons, etc...true freedom would mean anyone can do anything without recourse, our societies merely have perceived & relative freedom. I get that taking this topic towards that direction might be an overreaction but there is a real clash between capitalism and nature.

Don't forget crab walking because they're too cheap for an alignment, shocks that no longer have oil in them, and maybe even leaning because of worn out springs.

Dangling parts - Aaugh! I can't pass those assholes quickly enough. Fix your fucking POS car.

At least NY state has a periodic cursory safety inspection. They did back in the 70s. Not sure if that's still a thing. Needs to be everywhere.

OH GOD that is the very worst. Michigan is really bad for that. Scares the crap out of me. So far in the last 3 years I have been hit with a tail light that flew off a car at 70MPH and a brake line that came out from under one at about 60. Both cases the cars were from Michigan.
Although I would like to think that the LCA that hit me when the truck threw it up with their trailer wheel was from a vehicle that was on a flatbed it is not totally inconceivable it fell off a car right in the center of the highway.

I thought about you and that LCA as I wrote.

People with shiny new cars are generally not the ones to sweat. It's the shitty old Econolines with the left front wheels bouncing wildly, ready to snap a ball joint at any moment. We've all passed that guy, shaking our heads.

What a dumbass test. Everyone knows minivans and pickup trucks are oddly fast for such large vehicles, usually due to readily available and ample torque.

I went into this car with my eyes wide open, and while it isn't fast, it isn't exactly slow either. I refuse to believe that the extra 5 hp in the 2017 version make a difference, but just the other day, with a passenger and a full tank of gas, on winter tires, I made a quick right turn and in a flash I was doing 100+. So people either don't realize that you're supposed to keep this car on the boil, or they've never driven one, or they fail to realize that when they're comparing it to a Mustang GT, there's quite a bit to consider - cost of the car, increased insurance, reliability, fuel consumption. To own a Mustang would cost me another 10-15K in price of the car, probably another $100 per month in insurance, and I don't even wanna know how much more in fuel. I also have a sneaking suspicion that 90% of those people don't even drive. Just teenagers playing Forza.

I've had this car for 2 months and I'm already tired of these twits. I don't know how some of you guys are dealing with them after 4-5 years lol.

I've seen so many cases like this. I swear as an average people in Michigan treat their cars worse than anywhere else in the states. I've witnessed 6 wheels falling off the car at 45mph or higher, truck tailgates falling off on the freeway, a car abandoned with what looks like a ball joint failed probably everyday. And that's just the start of it. All of this while I'm only 23 years old too.

But we have good craft beer so that makes up for it right?
