Good for you for doing a proper break-in. I babied mine under 4k for whatever thousands of miles and all I have to show for it is oil consumption.

I sure regret not doing a hard break-in.

That's what I was worried about. Especially with 0W20 oil. Did the same break-in with my 2009 GTI. Even reflashed it at 480 miles. Zero oil consumption on that one, even at the track. Everyone on vwvortex was complaining about burning oil

Hijacking this thread, sister is looking for one of the twins. any recommendations or hook ups? Was planning on going to livermore subaru but all they have at the moment are stick. She doesnt like driving stick. suggestions?

I have a White BRZ Limited (Auto) coming May 5th and my dad's store across the street (Toyota) still has a 2016 FR-S Auto. We are in Burlingame.

Lol. Yeah, if you're coming from south bay or far east bay, a little bit of a drive. And holy 2016 Batman, Fremont still has two Scion FR-S. Lol. Considering they have 17 86s in stock, I'm sure you guys can get a great deal.
