mass air flow sensor

after cleaning my mass air flow sensor it felt like I loss power how to know if the mass air flow got damage ?

If you damaged anything you should throw a cel. Could just take some time for the ecu to figure out the new readings after the clean. Give it a bit and see if it goes back to normal or you get a light.
