Headunit with the same fit as the Kenwood DDX916WS?

Has anybody found an aftermarket headunit with the same fit as the Kenwood DDX916WS?

The Ca-Fi unit and the Joying unit that get discussed here regularly both have the same fit as a stock headunit.
