anyone know if the enkei ts10's 18x8.5 45offset will fit a 2017 brz with performance brake package?
i tried a yoshihara 18x8 40offset and i didn't clear the monster Brembo up front. -tim |

Heya, does anyone have any pictures of these on a DGM/Asphalt? I'm thinking the Grey might be best with that color?
Also, any pictures of these wheels on a stock suspension? I'm hoping it looks pretty flush? Thanks!! |

Thanks! What tires are you running with those 17x8s? I'm not sure whether to go 225 or 235 with stock suspension.
Any performance difference from driving around in with wider wheels? Oh, and do you think the eccentric bolts are required for the front? Are they essentially spacers? |

Wide wheels will just give you more grip and using a 225/45 tire size is a great fit for wheels that are 17x8. Keep in mind though 225/45/17 are slightly larger tires than stock so your speedometer will be off by 1mph as gearing will be increased. But i doubt anyone can notice these differences No eccentric bolts are not required for this wheel and tire size. Eccentric bolts are used to get more negative camber. With our cars camber is not something you can change so these bolts allow you to change your camber. |

My brand of tire is the BFGoodwrench Sport Comp2. There's a noticeable performance difference from the lighter weight of the wheels & the stickier tires. The eccentric bolts aren't necessary. I installed them to get better traction at the front of the car under load. LCAs are necessary for the rear to change the camber. Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk

Thanks for your input! Is there a reason to go either 225/45 or 225/40?

Eccentric bolts are also called camber bolts. For camber adjustment. |

Enkei TS-10
I thought I'd share my pictures for those of you considering these wheels.
I bought the car new in summer of 2012, but I'm just putting wheels on now. Better late than never. I was hoping on a set of OZ Superturismo LM, but couldn't find them stateside. Im a pretty big fan of the Enkei RS05RR, but they are too expensive for my blood, so anyway I went with the Enkei TS-10.
Im literally shocked that the car actually feels smoother (like much much smoother) than the ride on the OEM Michelin Primacy HP 215 45 17" tires. Of course the grip levels are also much higher being that this is true summer performance tire and a tad wider than stock. This would be great for circuit racing or autocross, but it is much harder to break the rear end loose now being that the grip is higher and the engine is still stock. This does give up some of the fun to drive factor of the car. But boy does it look good on 18" wheels. Yup. Needs a tad more low. I'll work on it. |
