Enkei TS-10

New rims that I am willing to bet will look great on the 86 platform. I'm hoping to pick up a set of these in gold if the price is right.

Horrible offsets for our cars.

vvtlift 01-01-2016 09:35 PM

There seems to be plenty of 'offset' choices. What are considered 'horrible' for our cars...?

+45... I don't think the 17x9's or 18x9.5's will clear without coilover suspension.

17x9 +45 should clear stock diameter springs, but it's tight and no room to add any negative camber.

Pity. Cos they look great!

Anyone spot weights yet? Specifically for the 17x8?

ap5512 01-16-2016 06:08 PM

No weight info anywhere yet. These are probably in production right now and getting ready to ship. Accoring to TireRack it's "Available at Supplier". Im just waiting for the weights on these...if they are under or equal to 19 lbs. for the 17x8, then I'm definitely pulling trigger on these. If heavy, then probably just go the Rota Titans or OZ Formula HLT/Ultraleggera route..

I saw the wheels and talked to the enkei rep at sema. They aren't part of the racing series (rpf1/nt03), but part of the tuner series. They aren't light. But they aren't heavy either. Guy mentioned "around 21lbs" for the 18x9.5. Not rfp1 weight, but not rep weight either.

Looks interesting, gonna follow these. Might pick them up in 17x8 or 18x8.

Tirerack has it in their Enkei Tuning Series now. http://www.tirerack.com/wheels/Wheel...rey&tab=wheels

I can order these, the offsets are weak unless you go 17x9 or 18x9.5. I wish they had done the same sizes as the TS9 which has a 18x8.5 and 9.5 +40 instead of the 45.

If i keep my coilovers i'm planning on getting a set but not sure whether to get black or the storm grey. Great looking wheels though and weight will be around 20 pounds for smaller sizes and 22 at the most for the bigger ones.

ap5512 01-18-2016 10:50 AM

I'm hoping for under 19lbs. for the 17x8. I'm only saying that based on some of the other TSx wheels that aren't that heavy (TS9, TS5, etc).
