Just foam between the ring and he vent to center it. Squeeze fit. Actually works very well.

you were running a cat-less header with a catted front pipe? Do you need to pass PA emissions testing, and did that work?

I actually never tried emissions with it. I thought the dual cats were only needed for California​ and HI? I thought only one cat is needed for all other 48, but I could be wrong?

I'm in one of those PA counties(Cumberland) that require emissions. So i assumed both are needed to pass but who knows. I will need to research that more.

Hmm, that is tempting.
I'm going to reach out to someone I know tomorrow that is a Toyota master tech. He may have some good input on the inspection/emissions test issue.
