Nice. Granted, this was just cruising on the freeway and I don't recall what my temps were before hand (I'm bad about getting baselines) but the claim that coolant temps keep the oil temps constant seems to be true.

Generally speaking, as the entire engine heat soaks from long sustained driving (20+ minutes on the highway), the oil temp will be *slightly* (talking maybe 10F, depending on conditions) higher than the coolant, and this is totally normal.

This is opposed to a stock car, which will usually hit equilibrium of 190F coolant and 225F oil, while cruising on the highway.

This was just under an hour on the freeway. I'm also around e65 mix so I'm not sure how much that actually effects engine temps either.

Best case, the oil and coolant temps are identical

Great looking product. Any one have track / hard driving oil temp logs with this set-up yet? Curious how it compares to an OEM style oil cooler and/or an air/oil cooling system.

If you could post pictures of how close the fittings are to the intake box I'd be eternally grateful. I just installed the JR rad and the fittings rub the stock air box a bit.
