kind of kicking myself that i didn't go with 25mm all around.
but by all means 20mm i was happy as well.
just that 25mm would hide the stock studs to be used with not so spacer friendly aftermarket wheels.

This is an interesting thread even though I would never use spacers. I am (still) looking for wheels and the wheel I want comes in16X7, 35mm offset. I had been wondering if pushing the wheel out 1/2 inch (13mm) would create any problems with rubbing on the fender. It appears there is no problem with rubbing.

In fact, now this thread has me thinking of staggering the offset, 35mm front and 25mm rear...

Spacers don't make your car feel heavy like with 17x9 wheels correct?

Like if i go 20mm, the driving characteristics would remain the same apart from better grip?

Presumably you guys are all part of the 'looks > performance' crowd.

I*expect you realize that there is a reason for the relative difference in the front and rear track, and simply pushing your*wheels out as far as you can get them will screw with the balance of the car.

Pretty sure most of us know that... I did it only as a temporary solution before I got the tire setup I really wanted.

My apologies for bringing back this thread, but I'm a noob and I have some questions. Will I need extended studs with any wheel spacers? I'm thinking about running the 20,25 setup. Thanks!
