Finally got me a BRZ

What's up guys just thought I would give a quick intro. My name is Shawn and I've been in the Subaru game for a while and have had probably 15 subarus but this will be my first time with a 2wd subie. I found this car for way to god of a price to not buy it so here I am. This will make 6 subarus in my yard right now so I think I need to buy one more just to have one for every day of the week bhahahahaha. Anyway I bought this car wrecked from Copart last week and picked up the front end parts this week. Its coming along pretty good and to be honest I have no idea why they totaled this car because I have fixed everything with unbolting the old stuff and bolting the new stuff on with the exception of 4 spot welds that I drilled out. I still have to find a right side headlight, front seat belts and I have to get the air bag module reset but its just about finished.

Nice fix, so what do you do with the end result? Try to flip it? Mod them? Drive a different one each day of the week?

That's pretty cool, probably save a lot of money, how hard is it to insure them as salvage titles?

I was going to flip this one but the gf really likes it and wants me to keep it. I'm either going to sell my 2012 WRX or my 2008 Forester XT. I already have the 2004 Forester XS sold and I'm going to keep my STi swapped 2007 forester and my lifted 2009 Forester.

It's no harder then getting a normal car insured. The insurance company would probably value the car a little lower but I don't see where they would see it being a problem as long as the car passed inspection to be re titled.

And I even got my GF a Forester. Its the silver one on the left. Oh and this is my shop. My first time having a shop and it's freaking awesome. Hopefully maybe possibly doing a LS2 swap in the BRZ in the shop soon.

Welcome so glad to see more and more taking time to restore the 86/BRZ this car is one solid sob. I don't regret one bit buying my FRS salvaged.
