Sigh. I don't think that would even pay my property taxes, and it's considered low (%-wise) because I live in the city... which makes the actual cost high overall, so it's high, but... ugh. (you can pay this much property tax on a house with 1/3 to 1/4 the value in the surrounding counties)

To think we had zero mortgage on our previous house... I do not miss the neighborhood though, the expectations and rules were rediculous.

In other news, might be time to upgrade my computer soon - most of this is 5+ years old now, and it looks like AMD has their shit together again for a bit. I wonder if I can pull it off as a little bit of hardware upgrade, or if I'll have to start clean on the OS.

And I had the most interesting glass of Garnacha tonight - it was a white, where it's usually red. Really good.

Time to make my lunch for tomorrow.

I can put in an application/rec for you still too, if you ever stumble over anything that looks good. Probably no moving. Bellevue or north side (Queen Anne is where I stayed and it was not even a 10 minute walk with a stop for coffee).

You need to figure out your direction though, where to be in 10+ years, and then move along that path.

Getting cut is 80% diet. Just watch your form so you don't hurt yourself, especially squats and dead lifts
