Maybe, maybe not. They're expanding quite a bit in my area, so I'm assuming they'll be building for a few years.

Not sure of the current status, but since I technically live in a "rural" area, you can get a loan with no down payment (USDA loan I think).

Hell... I could probably get you an interview down here if you don't mind wearing a bunny suit and working in a clean room...
