Advance Auto Parts has a 5 qt jug of Mobil 1 Full Synthetic + a Mobil 1 Extended Performance oil filter on sale for $29.99 + tax from 3/30 thru 4/26.

The $15. rebate on this combo brings it down to $14.99 + tax.
I called to check if the rebate is good with them since they are not on the participating retailer list. CSR told me that the rebate is good for any b&m store that sells oil.
The Mobil 1 Extended Performance filter sells for $9.99 at Walmart. My Walmart just started stocking them.
The recommended Mobil 1 filter for the FRS is the M1-104/M1-104A. The 104A is the new filter number. Don't know if it's new and improved or just a new number.

Where do you live in Jersey? Once upon a time I lived in Bayonne and Linden. Did a search on Advance Auto's site for Mobil 1 0w-20 oil. Both stores in Linden and the one in Bayonne have the 5 qt jug in stock.
