Maybe I'll try and remember to do a DIY for it.

Parking brake boot is easy. Just need glue that will hold right away like a contact cement. Pull stock boot off of frame, apply cement to frame and new boot, carefully apply boot to frame. Rub/press firmly, let cure for a few minutes, reinstall

I too positioned my rear camera very close to the center inset for stealth in a hole cut into the plastic and the view is straight back. Your camera bracket is a thing of beauty compared to my effort.
While I was at it I used silicone rubber to seal the camera hole and installed colorless plastic window panes to keep dirt off the lights and formed a silicone rubber gasket around the edges of the lot to reduce water rundown after washing.
Ditto gasketed the number plate.
