But I'd wanna be paying 14-15k for that year and mileage car.
In California you may be looking at that price. This is where things get different by region. In SC that is actually a very good deal for that car. He doesn't have a hope in hell of getting a $14K car that isn't junk in his region.

You could test drive it lol you work there right? Lol and maybe even ask this person for maintenance record and look into seeing where he got this turbo install and from what source of tuning. And uh btw the only turbo kit I currently know of is the works stage 2 carb kit and the higher end turbo/super chargers. Those seem to be expensive for a good reason but usually require more engine upgrade itself to hold excessive power to match the force induction. Look more into these before diving.. it a risk.. wanna try 🤔🤔🤔??

I'm wondering if any of you could identify this turbo kit or maybe a good way to tell if this thing was tuned and reliable or not. Thanks

Hey, maybe he's got a turbo in his pants also ........

A heat shield wouldn't do any good ...... it's sucking in hot air all around it ....

if he had a turbo in his pants then he wouldn't need to compensate by putting a turbo in his car

Okay, gotta ask- how does this dealership advertise "This quality vehicle qualifies for our " Fred Anderson Family Plan" which includes our LIFE TIME POWERTRAIN GUARANTEE*LIFE TIME OIL CHANGES*LIFE TIME CAR WASHES*SERVICE LOANERS and MUCH MORE!"

...when their own mechanics don't know anything about what they're warranting? Or did I miss something here? That must be a hell of a block of fine print going with that guarantee. But zero mention of the turbo kit in the description anywhere.

Sketchy as all hell.
