With coil overs you should be good. I am running the 18x8.5 in the front on the eibach prokit and have about 3mm between the tire and spring. That's with a 225/40, coil overs have smaller diameter springs so you should have a lot more room to play with. There are people running the 18x9.5 up front on coil overs and they are clearing the springs.

What size tyre seems to be the best fit with no stretch on 8.5 inch?

Just put the raijins on today and i love them. Was going to go with gunmetal but decided on the hyper silver last minute.

Im just wondering if 18x8.5 +45 with 225/40/18 bridgestone potenza will rub in the front.
Im running eibach prokit

I had same setup (see above), no rubbing but will depend in part on your camber.

How much camber did you have with no rubbing issues?

I will have the same setup as you with 18x8.5 +45 but I have the eibach sportline instead of the pro.

I had about -1.5 degree on the front.

I eventually went to Tein coilovers and had -3 degrees each side.
