There is no pulley upgrade for the V2 kit since it uses a single bolt pulley. My suggestion would be to get the V3 upgrade kit, which will convert it to a 5-bolt pulley. Also, you get a larger inlet pipe that does not use a restrictor. The pulley is larger (110mm), but because of the larger diameter inlet pipe and no restrictor, it actually makes more power at less boost, because the intake temperature is so much cooler. This is because the supercharger doesn't have to work as hard to pull air in with the larger inlet pipe.

If that's still not enough power for you, you can then get the V3 upgrade kit that includes a 100mm pulley (5-bolt) which should put you up around 8 or 9psi. That might be about the same as what you're currently seeing, or maybe even less, but again, you should be making much more power because the intake temp will be much cooler than what it is on your V2 kit.

The V2 > V3 Upgrade Kit is part number 12002-KK002. It's not on our website, but any HKS Pro Dealer would be able to order this for you. It's $780.

Then if you want the upgraded pulley for the V3 kit, it's $360. (12002-KK001)
THANK YOU. I can't express how hard it has been to get this info, or even pieces of it

@Torry@HKSUSA

I have a question.

In theory if I added ONLY the inlet pipe, I already have essentially the same setup as a V3 with an upgraded pulley. Now .. that's 100,000rpm, 10k shy of over spinning the unit but I am already close probably.

Can I just purchase the pipe? Seems like there is no point buying a $780 USD kit and then another pulley just to change the inlet pipe and go from 100mm to 110mm then back to 100mm pulley size.

The pipe isn't available by itself. The V3 upgrade kit also includes a different supercharger mounting bracket that slightly repositions the supercharger to fit with the new pipe.

So if my goal was 400whp on the v3.
Aside from all the obvious supporting mods,
would I need the 2.1 stroker kit to achieve this?

Has anyone achieved 400 whp on the HKS supercharger (v1-3) kit to date?

I believe that would be absolutely maxing out the compressor in terms of CFM. You should look up member HaDDeS build in Japan:

http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showthread.php?t=8246

. He has an HKS stroker kit and I believe a V1 or V2 kit and is in the high 300's, maybe 375 ish at the wheels with full supporting mods.

No issues with mine since I installed it this Summer. I've put 3700 miles on it and it runs with Swiss-watch precision. Smooth, quiet, perfect.

Sweet, did you do any supporting mods when you installed?

i have a Frankenstein kit with a large V-core intercooler smaller pulley built motor, heads, the whole 9 yards but havent had a chance to see if it will hit 400 yet. that is my goal. i am unfortunately have the P0018 codes and P0021 fueling codes, air/fuel imbalance codes... havent figured it out all yet after the build. i am trying to replace all cam position sensors and rebuilding the oil control valve to see if its electronic because timing is correct and has been checked 3 times could be a bad ecu or possibly a screw up from the shop that build my heads... sucks because it has some serious nuts on the stock pulley still 9 psi at 5.5k rpm havent been up to high yet.

Did you change a pulley without changing a belt?

Pro install?

Check the tensioner pulley position. Based on a photo of an engine without the supercharger is the pulley resting in the same position or further to one side?

thats a good idea. but that thing had plenty of tension on it during the new belt install. it squeals bad with ac on and not at all with ac off usually.

The a/c compressor needs to be checked. It might be binding when the clutch kicks in causing the belt to slip.
