Paint shop to repaint small areas
Hey guys!
As some may know, I'm parting out my car to trade it in eventually. Currently, I have a spot on my rear quarter panel right where the tail light starts that has peeled. The size is about 2.5" x 4" Also, paint is scratched in some areas, but I can probably use touch up paint. Anyone know a shop in San Jose and can tell me what I should be expecting to pay for that paint peeled area? Also, anybody got a good brand or place to get touch up paint? Car is a 2013 FRS in 37J (Pearl white). Thanks in advance!

You can buy touch up paint at your local Toyota dealer.

Pictures of it? Based on your description, I would not recommend bringing it to a shop to repaint it. I would try to DIY or leave it as is if it's not rusting. It's going to probably take a good chunk of money (unless you know someone) to repaint one the 2.5inches x 4.0 inches area. They would have to sand down that area and surrounding area before adding primer and re-sanding it to even it out. Then they would have to spray and blend that area with the surrounding area. That alone can cost a few hundred bucks not including masking, prep, and paint materials.
