The car is still at the shop. They are in contact with delicious tuning on how to resolve the issue. I really hope it's soon!

Check the evap canister and lines. I know if its not functioning correct it can cause the symptoms on a stock car.

Thanks for the suggestions. They replaced some sensors, but the problem persists. They think there's something electrical. They wants to take the car back to do more logging, but honestly I just leave my wifi obd scanner plugged in 24/7, and just clear the pending codes every day. It's a five second process. No more CEL. Car is running great. I've put another 100 miles or so on the car, zero issues with the transmission or rear axle!

On a side note have you had problems with those mishimoto lugs? I have the same ones and when i had a shop put on my new wheels and those lugs the tech said he was able to use the included tool for about half of the lugs and had to use a 19mm socket for the other half. I tested the included socket myself and it actually didn't fit half of the lugs.
Hello and thank you for the post.

Just to give you guys some insight on our lugs, they are locking lug nuts. The supplied socket is a 7 sided socket that only works on the 7 sided locking lug nut. All other lug nuts will have to be installed using your standard 6 side or 12 point socket.

If anyone is having trouble with their lugs, please contact us at Support@mishimoto.com and we will be happy to assist you.

Best Regards,
Mishimoto

Thanks for finding and replying to this!

Turns out everything is fine with my lugs, didn't realize they were locking and neither did the tech at the shop installing them

When the tech was done he told me that the included tool only fit on some of the lugs and he had to use a 19mm socket on the rest. I tested it on the front drivers wheel when I got home and it worked on two of the lugs but not the other three. Turns out the tech put two of the locking lugs on the front driver's wheel and the other two locking lugs on the back passenger wheel. I didn't notice until I checked my car after work today that some were 7 sided, god I feel stupid.....

Outside of installation stupidy the lugs look great and have worked great so far
