Oh I see what you mean, didn't factor in the selling it for a profit thing.

But still, DESTROY. So violent. Couldn't it just have lived as a useless bauble on the shelf in his office?

Paying for their time on your mistake is reasonable.

It isn't a restocking fee but I had to pay $50 shipping back for an item that showed up damaged to my house due to extremely poor packaging. In this case, a box with literally nothing else in it, and I even paid for the extra insurance. I find this ridiculous and I will drag partsgeek's name through the mud every chance I get for it, including right now, in hopes that nobody ever buys from that place.

That said, I ordered emblems from 86 speed and other than them taking 2 weeks and they still aren't here, I have no complaints about them or their policies, and at this point, I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again. Seems to me if a customer orders the wrong thing, the vendor should not have to take the hit for it.

I suppose Ok for me 'cause I wasn't OFF and my claim was very fast and public, but you cannot foresee the past....as it is.

Right I think the company should be on the hook for all of their mistakes, and the individual should be on the hook for all of theirs. The company can err on the side of benefiting the consumer more, but it should not be the other way around.

Sorry just seen this as we've been a bit busy and not on the forums very much lately. As noted we're always available via email and this was resolved with our standard practices. Looks like the warehouse pulled the wrong item is all and we got the correct one re-sent.

Again sorry for the hassle and glad it got resolved quickly via our email process channel.

When do you think this part will be back in stock? I ordered mine about a week ago and was just seeing if there was an update.
