I ordered few days ago JDM OEM Black MT Traction Control Buttons 2017, as I wish button with race flag....as owner of 2013 Model I haven't.
this is what I receive few minutes ago.... I believed in a better customer care and service.
Now should I to return it to US paying adding charges for their mistake?

Ok, you are all under Trump shock, I understand but....it's not a good reason to not verify what to send oversea..in Europe.

They acknowledge mistakes in sending, therefore a USPS sending to Italy was done as gift, no custom feeds might be settled here. (I hope).
Only requirements is return back the part or destroy it. I destroyed it and sent a picture to David.
Right part is on travel to me (now Chicago Metro, USPS facility center).

Have you contacted them yet or you just throwing this out there hoping to get someones attention....

just contact the seller, I've worked with them before, they're good, they'll get it sorted out for you.

I paid $25,00 about custom feees too...total amount for me about $90.00 and wrong item....usually it happens only with China on Aliexpress, it's not a US performace level.

Mistakes happen. Even in the USA. I have no doubt they will take it back.

so since you have contacted them how much time has passed?
As previously stated mistakes happen and they will take care of the issue for you.
Generally however coming to a forum to complain about it does no go in your favor.
Hopefully you were able to find a way to communicate with them using better English then you have displayed her because that will also effect how long it will take to get the issue resolved.
Give it time there is a 7hr time difference between you and them.
