Neither really bounce around. At idle usually ltft will be 3.90 and stft will be like .78. At 2500 ltft will be a constant number, one that I listed before, but stft will bounce around a bit, usually the same numbers though. Under acceleration stft will go down to 0 and ltft will be some constant number. I should note I've been trying to diagnose a p219a code and misfires. I'll post up a log in a little bit, it's kind of hard to explain what's going on.

*** Here is my log
http://datazap.me/u/trurace/log-1475...-7-10-11-12-13

I'm looking at my older logs and they don't seem much different from this one... Not really sure how to proceed at this point about this P219a code. Checked for intake and exhaust leaks. Tried cleaning the MAF. I was kind of hoping it would be a bad sensor at this point, but based on my previous logs the ltft and stft behavior seem normal I suppose. I'm stumped, maybe a bad batch of fuel? Can't say that I've noticed any change in drive ability.

I gutted my cats and flashed a stage 2 tune the Tuesday before last. I noticed the increase in power right away, of course. But what surprises me is that for the past few days the power has really come on even more. It's weird because usually you get used to the power and the tune seems to lose power on the butt dyno. It has to be the ECU making adjustments and getting the fuel trims right? I guess?

Can anyone shine light on why I am getting my lean alert when going WOT in 3rd gear? Here is the log.

http://datazap.me/u/thisguyrett/10-1...t?log=0&data=1

Also, I dont know what I am doing. I am on the stage 1 91 tune and set alerts mentioned in first post. Almost anytime I am using the real time data logging, i can some kind of alert.

Below are the alerts.

"
Alert A (over temperature)
Coolant Temp > 207 F
Oil Temp > 250 F
Select OR at bottom of screen

Alert B ( knock alert & Fuel Trim alert)

For E85 suggest -1 for Petrol may -2
FLKC < -1
Knock Correction < -1
IAM < 0.9
LTFT > +10
LTFT < -10

Select OR at bottom of screen

I set the fuel trim alert as Im on E85 and it will alert me to excessive fuel trims due ethanol content changes or someone accidentally filling up with petrol, it will also alert you of exhaust or intake leaks.

Alert C running lean alert
you might have to tweak AFR for petrol/E85 try 13 for E85 12.5 Petrol
RPM > 5000
Engine Load > 1
AFR > 13
Select AND at bottom of screen"

Thanks in advance guys.

in that log your right on the threshold of the lean alert at 5000 rpm load 1 afr 13

just move up the parameters slightly like 5100, load 1.05 afr 13.1 and you should be good

Change the parameters on the alerts in oft or change the parameters via romraider? Thanks bud!

Also, I get Knock correction alert in high gear, low rpms when speeding up, is that normal?

Hey steve, I logged a 3rd gear pull today and had a the FLKC alert go off. Could you look at this graph and explain to me what it means and how I am supposed to read it? Im sorry for the noob questions. Should i change the parameters again?

Yes the alert is going off as you have FLKC knock over -1 correction and your IAM is only 0.79

91 fuel does tend to get some knock

it looks a little on the lean side as well for OFT tune

is you intake stock ?
exhaust headers ?
which tune are you running assume 91 oft tune

next time log Ignition Advance and Commanded AFR instead of lateral G and wideband AFR

its not super bad but probably needs some tweaking

I have a BMC drop in filter and a topspeed vs axleback. Should I use the 93 tune instead? I pump 93 but I thought the 91 tune would be safer.

Hmmm ok, that should not effect afr, just seems a little lean to me, 12.2 on petrol usually ts arround 11.8 high rpm/load

the only difference between 93 and 91 tune is 91 oft tune has about 1.5 degrees less advance over 5000.

running 93 fuel is always going to be better if you can get it.

unless you mod the tune your always going to get some knock on 91 even with 91 tune. Its less than stock tune but still going to be there.

Thanks for the input and advice Steve! I will flash it with the 93 tune and monitor it then. I wonder why it is running lean? I'm just tired of the OFT screaming at me with alerts when I go WOT

make sure you get 93 fuel in tank first else knock will be way worse :-)
