Here's a similar setup w/ a Tomei UEL header, Tomei OP, Fujitsubo double resonated front pipe, and a Blitz VSR exhaust that is similar to stock in that it's baffled.
Note the small "rasp/rattle" sound as I rev the engine. It's just how stock mufflers would sound given that there is a lot more baffles than aftermarket designs. The key difference between what I tested vs what you had is that the Fujitsubo front pipe has two large resonators that actually do their job.
