Get a bastard cut mill file while you're at it. Use it primarily to straighten out the cut so the jam nut seats against it properly. Don't want it to go crooked as you tighten it.

You can also use it to de-burr the sharp corners. Make it nice & purty.

I lengthened my links to make it look more like the angle others have. Still clunks, though possibly less... I only drove about a mile. I'm confused. Autocrossing again today and I'll look at it again sometime after.

You can wrap the parts that may be close to rubbing with blue painters tape to see where you're getting new contact.

Hell sometimes it's just a loose nut, this setup seems to take quite a bit of torque to lock everything down.

8 runs today and about 60 street miles. It's definitely clunking less and seems to be more of a lateral clunk as it clunks lightly when turning the wheel. Probably does just need a little more torquing.

Wont be another two weeks til I have time to work on/autocross the car so I'll probably just leave it as is in the meantime.

Might be the lock collars to keep the bar centered are allowing a bit too much movement?

Glad it's gotten better,
