I was there, playing basketball with that weight is really hard. Gaining weight is easy. Just eat more. If you're full, keep eating. If you're not hungry, eat anyways. Your stomach stretches and it stops being uncomfortable.

Even when I didn't exercise, I would eat a ton and never gain any weight. Drink a bunch of soda everyday...
I don't even know how it's possible.

The only difference was not exercising.
I was just super skinny. I still eat a lot and still slim... Just not skin and bones 😐

If you didn't eat junk food you'd gain. Track your macros and keep adding until you start gaining. You just have to break your metabolic threshold. If you need more guidance(and actually want to gain mass) find someone like a nutritionist or a personal trainer if reading guides online isn't working for you

I don't eat junk food anymore.
I've only recently started (like the past year) eating better and working out again since not doing anything since highschool 10 years ago...
It's going well but slowly. Which I'm fine with.
