our stress analysis showed that the stock piston starts to suffer at cylinder pressures over 120Bar and this will very roughly equate to 340Bhp
if you want to rebuild it, then it'll depend on how many miles you have your current setup and as a stock piston is only about $60 each including rings and pin then it may just be best to bung a new set in there |

I just read on the UK forum something about an 11:1 ratio piston. Does anyone even make that? Or does it have to be custom made?

More like stock rods, they love to bend and snap. If not for the rods we could run e85 on stock comp and still hit the limits of our transmissions. 450bhp is not a problem with e85, 12.5:1 pistons and a big enough turbo.

Cosworth USA sales
I have been trying to buy the 1.0 - 1.3 kit
All have been put on hold from Cosworth is the story I am getting. Does any body know the story? Nameless said they nolonger make parts for cosworth? Thanks |

Cosworth but are selling there own pipes But not as cool Or is Cosworth done with nameless because of Cracking pipes?? |
