Not really. It clearly says it is just an Upgrade kit.

From a pro kit to a GT kit.

I think a pro kit is more for a race car or custom install, the gt kit is complete with a pre cut mounting plate with pre drilled holes for pulley placement etc. The picture shows a V1 package with GT7040L blower.

So the pro kit has intercooler, supercharger but no mounting plate if I understand correctly. The GT includes properly sized belt for pre configured pulleys, plate, etc.

What is false there? The description very clearly says "version upgrade kit" with zero inference that it is for the whole set up. Even the picture clearly says "for demonstration purposes". Not to mention that we are not even seeing the description below that is cut off. It could say exactly what is included. If people are shopping based on pictures only it is their own fault for mistaking an upgrade for the whole set.

Nah, still a little funny business going on. Why picture anything if it's just for "display purposes". Displaying what? Something you don't get? I'm not saying I'd buy it based off a picture but there are clearly playing games.
The OP even made the time to make a post in here as he was confused. I guarantee 99% of the population looking at this would think whatever pictured is pretty much what they are buying.
Car knowledgeable people know better and know roughly what to expect on costs for a supercharger kit and we know immediately with a quick scan without reading the description and picture caption, it isn't a complete kit based off the price.
It think it would be the same as picturing an entire engine and selling a serpentine belt using that picture with the caption of "image for display purposes". Shenanigans.

And before anybody says it:

And before anybody says it:
Nah still disagree. They advertise body kits on the car and people don't expect the car to be included. They advertise shampoo with hot models in the shower but people don't expect to get her when they buy a bottle. So they show a whole kit does that mean people expect the whole kit when the text is very clear it isn't? I would hope not. Again we have no idea what the description below says but I would bet that it is pretty clear. Anybody that doesn't know enough to grasp that it is only an upgrade probably should be thinking hard about putting a SC on their car in the first place or at least need to do a pile more research.
Why would they try too scam people into buying an upgrade kit knowing full well that they are just going to get a nasty call when people get it and it isn't all they thought they were getting? Nothing shady about it just wishful thinking on the part of the OP.

Bullshit, it clearly intends to take advantage of the impulse, or less savvy buyer.

Lacking savvy, OP asked us for help. Good work, OP.

Or sombody that can't read! I do agree that asking was the way to go if unsure though.

The use of the word "fitments" bugs the crap out of me. Bad enough when people use it to describe wheel fit but to say it "fitments" these cars is horrid.
