Just kills me. In the past few weeks I've wasted so much time answering these questions that I'm almost to the point of setting an automatic reply saying "if you're asking about field work, did you check the server yet?"

Take my word for it the office staff doesn't like dealing with the field guys any better. The screw ups can happen both ways.

Most people don't read their email. I do call people out. For those here that know me personally, I'm the same way at work as I am away from it.

And people still come to me for help all day long. Go figure.

Coincidently enough just last night my wife was really mad when she came home at 9:30 and Survivor had not recorded. She wanted to know what I had done to mess it up! Turns out it was full with 2 years worth of recorded programs. One episode of one of the programs was mine. She spent over an hour deleting all the things she had recorded but never, ever watched (just how many "reality" shows on little people are there anyway?). Somehow at the end of the whole ordeal it was still my fault it hadn't recorded.
