Flushness looks ok but the issue might be too wide over stock. That's 2.5" wider....

Damn, you might be right regarding the width (please note this is for Queensland):

"The maximum tyre width for a car or car derivative must
not be more than 1.3 times the vehicle manufacturer’s
widest optional tyre.
However, for an off-road passenger vehicle fitted with
front and rear beam axles, the maximum tyre width
must not be more than 1.5 times the vehicle
manufacturer’s widest optional tyre.
The nominal width of the narrowest tyre fitted to a
vehicle must not be less than 70 per cent of the nominal
width of the largest tyre fitted and never less than the
vehicle manufacturer’s narrowest optional tyre as
indicated on the manufacturer’s tyre placard."

Just did some calculations, the GTS stock tyres are 215/45/R17. So 1.3 x 215 = 279.5 it should be ok then?

Similar design but not exactly the same. Kiwami has deeper concave.

Cai is being phased out and they might not produce custom size.

PCD is 5x100

Kiwami are lighter than Kai.

From JDMConcept web site:
WORK Wheels has introduced a new version of Emotion Cr Kai, EMOTION CR KIWAMI. This new wheel utilizes WORK Flowforming Technology.

The key benefit for flow forming is the ability to reduce the barrel thickness, thus reducing the weight of the wheel without compromising the strength of the rim barrel.

WORK flow forming wheels start with low-pressure cast construction, whereas some of our competitors use lower quality gravity casting.

Low-pressure cast construction has a denser material property over gravity cast wheels, thus allowing a greater strength advantage over gravity cast with flow-forming barrel.

Work 35th Anniversary special for the whole year of 2012.

Possible PCDs and offsets available:

15 X 5.0 - was $370, now $335 per wheel [4-100 +45]
