With the plans I have for the BRZ I'm really eyeing a full F/R BBK setup after being FI.

I like the Alcon kit... but the consumables are just way too high at least retail..

Any updates as far as rotor longevity and replacement costs?

A year on, brakes running very well. Front Ferodo DS2500 pads (included in the kit) lasted around a year (~4 track sessions), and I recently replaced them with Dixcel Z's for more bite at the track. Rear pads still more than enough left. Rotors 100% fine so far.

Currently already upgraded to StopTech SS lines and Street Performance pads on stock rotors, and could consider just getting better rotors and higher temp hybrid / track pads for the track to get more hot laps in. But, am just toying with the idea of the Alcon BBK (front 6pot 365mm disc / Rear 4pot 343mm disc/drum assembly) as an option, mainly for the looks , and better stopping power on the track.

Thanks.
How was the Stoptech lines and pads setup with stock rotors, what was the performance like?

Is there a "formula" or "competition" kit for BRZ? Something that can stand up to 400-500 hp car for TT and wheel to wheel use only.
