Yep, I hear tell, that ol @Ultramaroon was given a 9/16th wrench for a teething ring, when he was a baby .....

I'm with @Tcoat. OP is in too deep. I'm tending toward the soft clutch pedal and lack of starting point to the same cause which is a borked flywheel installation.

Either that or OP is a troll. Short responses, no pics, etc.

I'm over it.

* the master cylinder is shot (unlikely)(can be checked when you try to bleed the system).

* you forgot to install the pressure plate or the throw out bearing or the clutch fork (just kidding).

* have you ever replaced a clutch before .. ??

I'm about to go along with @lizbrayan ...... you just might have to take it apart and put it back together.

QUESTIONS for you:

If the clutch was aftermarket, what clutch is it .. ??

Did it come as a set (flywheel, clutch disk & pressure plate) .. ??

Did you replace the throw out (release) bearing ..??

Come back ....

Story on me. The first time I overhauled an engine, when I went to crank (literally) it over ..... it wouldn't budge. Why? Cause I didn't realize that the piston rod caps were shimmed and the new rod bearings were thicker than the old rod bearings.......

(hey, cut me some slack, I was only 14 years old )

The clutch and flywheel are from exedy and I bought the full kit that comes eight the flywheel, clutch, bearings and pressure plate.

Im going to try to bleed the system and take off the starter and see if the clutch is making any contact.
I've been working late so I'm finally getting sometime to work on it

Then give us a solid foundation on which to build, not just one-liner responses. Help us help you.

Right now I'm picturing the encoder slipped off and was replaced incorrectly and/or the flywheel was installed improperly and maybe even forced on. Are you absolutely certain that everything under the bell housing was installed properly?

Post up a video of the engine cranking over, and another of the slave cylinder pushing on the fork. The sound of the engine cranking will tell us if the flywheel is crooked or damaged.

Around the area where the starter lives are a bunch of vulnerable wires. They can easily be pinched between the bell housing and engine. Are you certain nothing was damaged?

What, if anything seemed to be difficult? What's your level of related experience?

I read a few times that exedy makes flywheels that dont really seem to fit with the new clutches not sure if it was a once in a few thing or if other parts were used but things didnt end well for them
