Also, just to clarify, the HKS Flash Editor will not work on an AT car. So you if you do install the V3 kit, you will need custom tuning.

Torry, Thanks a lot. I will research to see if anyone has mentioned this pulley issue with automatics.....Hopefully easier than searching for a a needle in a haystack...

Without restrctor, v2 can make 14-15psi@7500.

V3 kit has larger intake charge pipe(than v2)

So if you use 90mm with v3, you should watch your boost level. It will make more boost than v2.
Thanks for you to provide me the part number for pulley kit.
I still have a question the the pulley kits.
Is there a belt in this kit 12999-ak003?
If this kit has a belt I will order at once.
Also in China we only have the number 92 petrol like USA.
So 700CC is enough for me ?

no , it's just pulley.

V3(110mm stock pulley) use 2160mm size belt

V3+100mm pulley use 2135mm belt

V3+90mm pulley? I don't know exactly, maybe 2110mm?

V2 stock belt is 2110mm size

.so you must figure out about this =)

So got my HKS kit with the smaller pulley making 11.5 lbs of boost but stock MAP sensor only reads 5.5 max. I picked up omni 3 bar but the HKS can tune doesn't read it. So I order the analog boost tap for the P3 kit just curious if any one with the HKS kit or P3 gauge has any tips. HKS can tuned for e85. I ordered an analog boost accessory from PS wheres a good place to pick up the boost reading from the HKS kit? Boost gauge port or Vacuum tap. Thanks

I don't understand why you are only getting 5.5 considering the V3 runs like like 8lbs of boost as is. I'm using a vacuum based boost gauge and it is accurate. HKS tune never states that you would need a new MAP sensor.

Stock MAP senor only reads too 5.5 its making 11.5 on the smaller pulley (everything is running fine its just a secondary gauge issue) . Just trying to get my P3 gauge to read the correct number. Best place to Boost gauge port or Vacuum tap?

So the point is how can I get the 2110mm belt.
I saw on hks manual they recommend us to use their belt only.
Is there hks has a kit like 100mm (incloud belt and pulley) ?

The HKS 6PK2110 belt that is the one that comes with the V2 kit is 24996-AK032.

I answered this somewhere, it must have been in a different thread.

Tap the vacuum line coming from the Bypass Valve by HKS. You can tap with a "T" tap behind the intake manifold for an easy location.

It's just standard 4mm vacuum line. Nothing special.

The HKS kit comes with a 10mm/4mm/10mm T-fitting and vacuum line to install it. If you want to add a boost gauge, just pick up another fitting from Autozone or O'Reilly's and splice into the line again to run the gauge off of it.
