Great thanks for remind me about when I was in ROTC, I happened to be the first one they shoved on to the bus and also being the only Asian in the whole company, I was probably the butt of every joke possible. Didn't matter what my name was I was now "Jackie Chan"

I had a smallish Asian fellow that saved my skin on a 4 day escape and evasion course, during Ranger training down in the swamps of Ft Benning GA.

I was about to run out of gas, when he gave me a little capsule that he got from a Special Forces friend of his .......

Asimov had a spin on this.

Guy goes and gets dropped off at a military outpost in the middle of the desert. The base commander shows him around then explains that it can get very lonely out there so he shows the guy a stable with a donkey. "whenever you get lonely, we have old Betsy here for you." the cadet says he'll never get that lonely, but the commander laughs.
Six weeks later, the cadet finds himself buried balls deep in the donkey. The commander walks in on him and screams in shock. "when you get horny, you ride Betsy into town and get yourself a whore!"

Yep, a few codeine and "go pills" can keep a soldier going fer ah spell longer ......

yep. you'd be surprised what fields/industries use "performance enhancing drugs" and it's totally acceptable/legal. meth in the military and beta blockers in symphonies.
